This website, aventro.si, is operated by Aventro ("Aventro", "we", "us"), a technology company that designs and develops specialised digital systems for businesses. Aventro is the controller of personal data processed through this website.

• Contact enquiries — name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you use our contact form or write to us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps, collected automatically for security and to keep the site running.
• Business communication — information exchanged during project discussions, proposals and contracts.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and the website is not directed at children under 16.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals — steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To perform contracts with our clients (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To secure, maintain and improve the website — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share data only with carefully selected processors that help us operate — hosting, email and infrastructure providers — under written data-processing agreements, and with authorities where required by law. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Technical logs are kept for no longer than 12 months.

This website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Should this change, we will ask for your consent first.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access control, least-privilege principles and regular review — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Send requests to privacy@aventro.si; we respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or your local supervisory authority.
